Judie’s Hair by Tramontana

“Judie’s Hair” begins with an infectious bass motif. A hypnotizing new song by French band Tramontana. The band released their Self-titled EP back in February of this year, but just released the video for “Judie’s Hair” a week ago, and it’s worth the watch.

There’s a lot of great things I could say about this band, but the artist bio on Facebook is too good to not copy here:

Tramontana performing

Jim walks around town with two other guys, all carrying uplifting tunes for modern day moods. Seeking melodies, beats and words all over Europe, they put Scandinavian wind into Mediterranean wine and smirk when you ask their name: TRAMONTANA. These guys can play, and Jim puts his voice on the map with gritty gusto. Their music crosses oceans and continents, bringing the core of folk to pop, independently generous, sincerely wandering in vibes, turning any instant of your day into something special you may call TRAMONTANA.

How great is that?

Do yourself a favor and check out Tramontana as soon as you can. I can’t wait to hear more from them, and neither should you. Find the band on Facebook, Instagram, and Bandcamp.

You can find more about the songs I love on the homepage.
