Stumbling across Fallen Youth was exactly what I needed this week. It’s eerie in a good way. The way the intro builds into this otherworldly atmosphere. I’m transported into some Cyberpunk reality, staring at skyscrapers that go beyond the clouds, flying cars are a norm, and everything is red and blue for some reason.
Fallen Youth is driven entirely by the beat. The melody, while catchy, would be nothing without the underlying groove. The rhythm section laying it in thick. A sub bass that powers through all the noise. Maybe I’m just happy it’s such a good mix and I can hear every element, or maybe I love the aesthetic the entire song brings. Either way, Fallen Youth is an amazing song and I look forward to listen to more from Rude.
